释义	年龄不够结婚婚姻属于无效婚姻，没有法律效力。我国的法定结婚年龄为男性年满二十二周岁，女性年满二十周岁。不到这个年龄结婚的婚姻是无效的，且无效婚姻自始无效。《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十七条结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。该内容由陈亚楠律师和点行律询共创回答
