释义	法律分析: 如因委员出缺或各种原因不适宜继续担任委员的，一般应由委员会提出意见，报上级党组织同意，提交党员大会讨论决定，并根据《中国共产党基层组织选举工作暂行条例》的规定，召开党支部大会补选出缺额的委员。法律依据: 《中国共产党基层组织选举工作条例》第二条本条例适用于企业、农村、机关、学校、科研院所、街道社区、社会组织和其他基层单位设立的党的委员会、总支部委员会、支部委员会（含不设委员会的党支部），以及党的基层纪律检查委员会的选举工作。
