释义	强奸是以暴力、胁迫或者其他手段，违背妇女意志，强行与其发生性关系的行为。性侵犯包含的就比较广，只要是违背他意愿，与其进行有关于性方面的活动即可，至于是否异性之间不限，是否发生性关系不限。只要是进行与性相关的活动就可以。最大的区别：强奸一定是性侵犯，但性侵犯包含的却不限于强奸。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十六条
