释义	法律分析：劳动仲裁裁决如何生效条件有： 1、已经向当事人送达仲裁裁决书； 2、当事人在收到仲裁裁决书起15日内没有向法院起诉。自收到判决书之日起有十五天的上诉期，如果在上诉期内双方均没有上诉，判决就生效。如果是二审法院判决的，宣判后即生效，因为二审是终审判决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动争议调解仲裁法》第五十条当事人对本法第四十七条规定以外的其他劳动争议案件的仲裁裁决不服的，可以自收到仲裁裁决书之日起十五日内向人民法院提起诉讼；期满不起诉的，裁决书发生法律效力。
