释义	法律分析: 在共同保证是指有多个人保，分为按份共同保证和连带共同保证。注意按份共同保证是和债权人约定才对外有效。共同担保是指即有人保也有物保。如果物保是主债务人提供的，则先物保再人保，如果物保也是第三人提供的，则物和人没有先后顺序。共同担保的担保人在追偿时只能找主债人追偿。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十九条同一债务有两个以上保证人的，保证人应当按照保证合同约定的保证份额，承担保证责任;没有约定保证份额的，债权人可以请求任何一个保证人在其保证范围内承担保证责任。
