释义	法律分析: 不开对公账户，则税务部门，就没法完善税务资料。按照相关法律规定，从公司成立15个工作日起，公司必须每月向税局申报公司经营情况；所有的公司不管是否盈利、有没有业务发生，哪怕没有收入也要做零申报，并且根据公司税务及运营情况建立自己的记账凭证。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百六十三条公司应当依照法律、行政法规和国务院财政部门的规定建立本公司的财务、会计制度。
