释义	法律分析: 免赔额是在保险期间内发生的、虽然属于保险责任范围内的医疗费用，但依照保险合同约定仍由被保险人自行承担，只有可报销金额超过了免赔额，保险公司才会赔付。此产品免赔额不是单次免赔额，而是年免赔额，只要1年累计超过免赔额的部分，在符合赔付的条件下，皆可按合同约定的比例报销。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二条国家建立基本养老保险、基本医疗保险、工伤保险、失业保险、生育保险等社会保险制度,保障公民在年老、疾病、工伤、失业、生育等情况下依法从国家和社会获得物质帮助的权利。
