释义	法律分析：代理包括委托代理和法定代理，授权委托人是指授权委托他人代理某项事务的人，亦即委托人，相对方为受委托人或代理人。授权委托代理必须采用书面授权的形式，代理人只能在授权范围内行使职权，否则代理行为对被代理人是不会发生法律后果的，在发生法定或者约定的事由后，代理行为即告结束，代理人不得再以委托人的名义从事相关活动。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十三条代理包括委托代理和法定代理。委托代理人按照被代理人的委托行使代理权。法定代理人依照法律的规定行使代理权。
