释义	法律分析：停车没有完全停进车位会被处罚。在横向施划的停车泊位竖停车辆、不入泊车位的，都属于违章停车。停车要入位，不能无规则停放。不同的停车位，对停车的条件有不同限制。夜间临时停放泊位有时间限制，在规定时间内停放不违章。如果将车子停在夜间临时停车泊位，超过允许停车时间，就属于违章停车。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第五十六条机动车应当在规定地点停放。禁止在人行道上停放机动车；但是，依照本法第三十三条规定施划的停车泊位除外。在道路上临时停车的，不得妨碍其他车辆和行人通行。
