释义	法律分析：债务加入是指债务人并不脱离合同关系，而由第三人加入到合同关系当中，与债务人共同承担合同义务的债务承担方式。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十一条债务人将债务的全部或者部分转移给第三人的，应当经债权人同意。债务人或者第三人可以催告债权人在合理期限内予以同意，债权人未作表示的，视为不同意。
