释义	我国法律没有父债子还这种规定的。也就是子女没有义务给父亲的债务承担清偿责任，除非子女继承了父亲的遗产，那么同时是继承他的债务的，这时候就有义务返还了。但是如果是个人负担的在婚姻存续期间用于家庭日常生活的债务，则属于夫妻共同债务，夫妻双方都负有偿还责任。法律依据：《民法典》第十八条【完全民事行为能力人】成年人为完全民事行为能力人，可以独立实施民事法律行为。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。
