释义	法律分析：解除保险合同的方式是一般分为法定解除和协议解除两种形式。合同解除的条件由法律直接加以规定者其解除为法定解除。但是，下列情形下不得解除保险合同：货物运输保险合同和运输工具航程保险合同，保险责任开始后，合同不得解除；当事人通过保险合同约定，对投保人的合同解除权做出限制的，投保人不得解除保险合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国保险法》第十五条除本法另有规定或者保险合同另有约定外，保险合同成立后，投保人可以解除合同，保险人不得解除合同。
