释义	出卖人转移归买受人所有。因为买卖合同是指转移标的物所有权的合同，买受人的目的是支付价款以取得标的物的所有权，出卖人的目的是让与标的物的所有权以取得价款。所以，标的物所有权转移是买卖合同的基本问题，关系着当事人切身利益的实现。一旦标的物的所有权转移于买方后买方拒付价款或者遭遇破产，卖方就将受到重大的损失。除非卖方保留了标的物的所有权，或者在标的物上设定了某种担保权益。否则，一旦买方在付款前破产，卖方就只能以普通债权人的身份参与破产财产的分配，其所得可能会大大少于应收的价款。
