带训期间离职可以走吗？

法律分析：
在培训期间是可以直接走人的。但是如果违反了已经签订的服务期的相关的约定,可能需要按照约定向用人单位支付违约金。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百八十五条 约定的违约金低于造成的损失,当事人可以请求法院予以增加定的违约金过分高于造成的损失,当事人可以请求法院适当减少。但是违约金是当事人双方在订约时对一方违约后可能造成的损失的一种预先估算,与违约后守约方的实际损失不可能完全相符此可交由法官自由裁量。
