释义	跨国婚姻离婚的程序：1、向国内的一方户籍所在地或居所地法院起诉。2、双方协商一致时，之后填写固定格式的授权委托书、离婚意见书(一般驻外使、领馆有相关格式文本)、写好的授权委托书、离婚意见书需经我国驻外使、领馆认证。3、双方不能协商一致时，国内一方向法院提起离婚诉讼。提交结婚证、原告身份证、对方国外的住址，以及其他相关证据。法院审查立案后，一般会询问原告是否能与被告达成协议事宜，若不能，或被告杳无音信，法院会一级级将诉讼文书转到外交部，通过“外交途径”等方式送达。最后由法院判决。
