释义	法律分析：法院判决书是司法裁定，是不能随意更改的。如果对法院的判决不满，可以提起上诉或是提起申诉，如果确实判决有误，也只能由二审判决推翻一审判决，中国实行的是二审终审制度。二审判决为终审判决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百九十四条人民法院应当将判决书送达被告人及其近亲属、辩护人。被告人或者其近亲属不服判决的，有权向上一级人民法院上诉。辩护人经被告人或者其近亲属同意，可以提出上诉。人民检察院认为人民法院的判决确有错误的，应当向上一级人民法院提出抗诉。
