释义	法律分析: 被警察带去协助调查一般会关二十四小时之内，会通知家人。如果是单单的协助调查，没有违法犯罪，是24小时的时间，但是公安机关的协助调查，例如刑警队，经侦队，禁毒队这些所说的协助调查，基本都是违法犯罪嫌疑人，在经过48小时的调查后，大部门都是转送到看守所了。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十九条第二款传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时;案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。
