释义	法律分析: 男的不可以告女的强奸。强奸罪，是指违背妇女意志，使用暴力、胁迫或者其他手段，强行与妇女发生性交的行为，或者故意与不满14周岁的幼女发生性关系的行为。强奸罪主要是对女性而言，所以女的强奸男的只能以强制猥亵罪论处。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十七条以暴力、胁迫或者其他方法强制猥亵他人或者侮辱妇女的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。聚众或者在公共场所当众犯前款罪的，或者有其他恶劣情节的，处五年以上有期徒刑。
