释义
亲生父母把孩子送人是否违法分两种情况，关键在于是否是以非法获利为目的的。如果亲生父母把孩子送人是为了获得一定的金钱，那这种行为便属于买卖子女，是违法的。但如果亲生父母是因为有特殊困难或重大疾病，无法对子女进行抚养和教育，在这种情况下将孩子送人，是不属于违法的。
法律依据：《收养子女登记办法》第六条在申请收养登记时送养人应当向收养人提交一系列证件和证明材料;收养法规定送养时应当征得其他有抚养义务的人同意，并提交其他有抚养义务人的书面意见。
