释义	质量保修期的概念来源于国务院发布的《建设工程质量管理条例》，质量保修期都有最低期限的明确规定，属于强制性规定，当事人约定的保修期不得违反法律规定。质保期可由承、发包双方在6个月、12个月、18个月或是24个月自主约定，而仅仅是规定了约定的质保期不得超过24个月。
