释义	法律分析：可以。开车前不足24小时的，退票时收取票价20%退票费。对开车前15天（不含）以上退票的，不收取退票费。票面乘车站开车前48小时以上的，退票时收取票价5%的退票费。开车前24小时以上、不足48小时的，退票时收取票价10%的退票费。发车后，不能退费，但可以在两小时内改签。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
