释义	法律分析：压工资是违法的。工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故的拖欠劳动者的工资。用人单位不能延期支付劳动者工资，应该及时准时的向员工支付劳动报酬。当月可以发放上月的工资，如果公司拖欠工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察大队投诉，由劳动监察大队责令用人单位限期发放工资。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
