法律分析：
没有提前30天提出离职，用人单位也不存在《劳动合同法》38条的情况，劳动者即辞即走，这个时候就是劳动者违法，给用人单位造成的直接经济损失、招聘该劳动者产生的费用，用人单位可以要求承担。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》
第三十六条 用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。
第三十七条 劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
