释义	法律分析：通话录音可以算做欠款证据，但是只能作为曾有过欠款的傍证。要有欠条或借条才能算是欠款的直接证据，因为电话录音只证明当时有欠款的事实，但不能证明现在对方仍欠你钱。法律依据：《最高人民法院〈关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定〉》第二十二条调查人员调查收集计算机数据或者录音、录像等视听资料的，应当要求被调查人提供有关资料的原始载体。提供原始载体确有困难的，可以提供复制件。
