释义	法律分析：任何单位不得因结婚、怀孕、产假、哺乳等情形，降低女职工的工资，辞退女职工，单方解除劳动合同或者服务协议。但是女职工要求终止劳动合同或者服务协议的除外。因此，怀孕女职工可以主动要求与用人单位解除劳动合同。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第五条用人单位不得因女职工怀孕、生育、哺乳降低其工资、予以辞退、与其解除劳动或者聘用合同。
