释义	如果公证书当中没有写到具体的什么日期为准的话，那法律规定有效期为三个月。也就是说在没有自己写明的情况下三个月之后公证书就失效了。法律依据：《公证法》第三十九条当事人、公证事项的利害关系人认为公证书有错误的，可以向出具该公证书的公证机构提出复查。公证书的内容违法或者与事实不符的，公证机构应当撤销该公证书并予以公告，该公证书自始无效；公证书有其他错误的，公证机构应当予以更正。
