释义	法律分析：从宽是指对认罪认罚的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人，应当从轻或者减轻处罚。对于具有法定减轻处罚情节的，犯罪嫌疑人、被告人认罪认罚的，根据犯罪的性质、情节和对社会的危害程度，应当减轻处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第八十五条拘留后，应当立即将被拘留人送看守所羁押，至迟不得超过二十四小时。除无法通知或者涉嫌危害国家安全犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪通知可能有碍侦查的情形以外，应当在拘留后二十四小时以内，通知被拘留人的家属。有碍侦查的情形消失以后，应当立即通知被拘留人的家属。
