释义	法律分析：可以向居住地的公安机关及当地派出所报警，要求警方帮助寻找亲人的下落。如果亲人身边带有移动电话，警方现有的技术手段，完全可以定位，确定亲人所在的地理位置。如属于被人非法拘禁或非法绑架；或发生突然意外，可以要求警方进行营救。如果下落不明满两年可以申请宣告为失踪人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四十条自然人下落不明满二年的，利害关系人可以向人民法院申请宣告该自然人为失踪人。
