释义	法律分析：对于一般质量问题，如果在保修期内，业主可要求开发商进行整改。如果开发商不积极整改，业主可申请行政主管部门或消费者协会等作为第三方介入争议的调解，根据与开发商约定的仲裁协议提请仲裁委员会仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第三十四条消费者和经营者发生争议的，可以向有关行政部门申诉。《中华人民共和国仲裁法》第四条依照物业管理公司中的仲裁条款或者纠纷发生后自愿订立的仲裁协议，将纠纷提请有管理权的仲裁机构即物业管理公司所在地的仲裁委员会进行裁决以解决纠纷。
