释义	法律分析：试用期是要签合同的。劳动合同双方可以不约定试用期，也可以约定试用期限，试用期最长不得超过6个月。即试用期应包括在劳动合同期限内，试用期期间，用人单位也应依法为员工参加社保。在试用期，劳动者可随时提出解除劳动合同，用人单位在试用期内证明劳动者不符合录用条件的，也可以解除劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第二十一条劳动合同可以约定试用期。试用期最长不得超过6个月。
