释义	法律分析：试用期是要签订合同的。建立劳动关系，应当订立劳动合同。已经建立劳动关系，未同时订立劳动合同的，应当在自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第十条公司应在员工入职起一个月内与员工签订书面劳动合同,并且在签订合同时约定试用期。若没有签订书面劳动合同,应从第二个月起支付员工双倍工资。
