释义	法律分析：我国相关法律没有规定公司团建不去算旷工。所以用人单位算旷工肯定是不合理的，但劳动者应该选择参加。公司一般为了照顾生产经营活动会利用固定休息日开会或搞团建，是正常的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十二条有下列情形之一的，延长工作时间不受本法第四十一条规定的限制：（一）发生自然灾害、事故或者因其他原因，威胁劳动者生命健康和财产安全，需要紧急处理的；（二）生产设备、交通运输线路、公共设施发生故障，影响生产和公众利益，必须及时抢修的；（三）法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。
