法院短信通知算是送达么
释义
法院一审结果用短信发送，不算送达。用短信只能送达起诉状、举证通知书、开庭传票等法律文书。裁判结果如判决书、调解书和裁定书，是不能用短信送达的。
法律依据：
《关于规范基层法院民商事案件诉讼文书电子送达和公告送达的若干规定》 第一条 经受送达人同意，人民fa院可以采用传真、电子邮件、微信、短信等能够确认其收悉的方式送达诉讼文书，但判决书、裁定书、调解书除外。律师作为受送达人的，优先适用电子送达。
