释义	法律分析：不会的。每张银行卡都是单独账户，一般没有特殊情况，银行没有权利从另外一张卡内扣款。1类卡是借记卡，储蓄账户没有透支功能，所以不会有逾期欠款，最多是欠年费和小额管理费用。这些小费用，在你以后需要用卡的时候再补交就可以了。如果你不用的话，直接销户时，也不需要补交，所以不需要特意缴费。更不会从你的2类卡里面扣。法律依据：《中华人民共和国银行法》第二十六条中国人民银行可以根据需要，为银行业金融机构开立账户，但不得对银行业金融机构的账户透支。
