释义	法律分析：律师执业的民事损害赔偿责任，是指执业律师在办理刑事、民事、行政诉讼及其他非诉讼业务过程中，由于律师的过错(包括故意与过失)而致委托人(或当事人)遭受损失，应当由律师或者律师事务所对之承担的民事赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国律师法》第五十四条律师违法执业或者因过错给当事人造成损失的，由其所在的律师事务所承担赔偿责任。律师事务所赔偿后，可以向有故意或者重大过失行为的律师追偿。
