释义	公示期后确实有问题可以随时举报，一般要求实名举报，实名举报后必查法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》第二十四条下列人员不得录用为公务员：（一）曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的；（二）曾被开除公职的；（三）有法律规章不得录用为公务员的其他情形的。第三十条招录机关根据考试成绩、考察情况和体检结果，提出拟录用人员名单，并予以公示。公示期满，中央一级招录机关将拟录用人员名单报中央公务员主管部门备案；地方各级招录机关将拟录用人员名单报省级或者设区的市级公务员主管部门审批。
