释义	法律分析：党员干部依法受到行政处罚、行政处分，应当追究党纪责任的，党组织可以根据生效的行政处罚、行政处分决定认定的事实、性质和情节，经核实后依照规定给予党纪处分或者组织处理，单位党委应对公安机关作出的行政处罚决定进行核实后，再按程序作出党纪处分决定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处五千元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
