释义	法律分析：不合法，根据我国法律规定，禁止用人单位要求劳动者提供担保或以其他名义收取劳动者财物。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九条用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。第六十条劳务派遣单位应当将劳务派遣协议的内容告知被派遣劳动者。劳务派遣单位不得克扣用工单位按照劳务派遣协议支付给被派遣劳动者的劳动报酬。劳务派遣单位和用工单位不得向被派遣劳动者收取费用。
