压工资压一年合法吗

压工资一个月一般是不合法的。压工资的理由若是暂扣违约金的，这样是不合法的。用人单位应在一个支付周期内按时发放工资，超过期限的劳动者可以到劳动行政部门进行投诉举报，要求支付劳动报酬。

《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
