公司债券交易有哪些交易规则 |

法律分析：交易时间：每周一至周五，每天上午9:30至11:30，下午1:00至3:00。法定公众假期除外。
交易原则：价格优先、时间优先。
报价单位：以张(面值100元)为报价单位，即“每百元面值的价格”，价格是指每100元面值企业债券的价格
委托买卖单位：以手为交易单位，每次交易最小数量是1手，以人民币1000元面额为1手(10张)，以1手或其整数倍进行申报。
价格最小变化档位：债券的申报价格最小变动单位为0.01元人民币
涨跌幅限制：不设涨跌限制
申报上限：单笔申报最大数量应当低于1万手(含1万手)
法律依据：《中华人民共和国证券法》第十六条公开发行公司债券，应当符合下列条件：
（一）股份有限公司的净资产不低于人民币三千万元，有限责任公司的净资产不低于人民币六千万元；
（二）累计债券余额不超过公司净资产的百分之四十；
（三）最近三年平均可分配利润足以支付公司债券一年的利息；
（四）筹集的资金投向符合国家产业政策；
（五）债券的利率不超过国务院限定的利率水平；
（六）国务院规定的其他条件。
