释义	湖北3日正式宣布从今年起对农村独生女实行高考加10分的奖励政策。农村独女参加高考报考省属高校时，可申请享受在文化成绩总分基础上增加10分投档的政策性照顾。申请高考加分的农村独生女考生，父母双方均须为本省农村居民，且父母依法领取了《独生子女父母光荣证》或《独生子女证》，考生本人为独生女且属农村居民。由城镇居民转为农村居民的，不得享受加分政策。申请者如同时符合其他加分政策照顾的，只能享受其中分值最高的一项，不能累计加分。该内容由赵明律师和律说律答共创回答
