工资3500病假10天怎么算

法律分析:病假工资与普通出勤工资分开算,病假工资为:当地的月最低工资标准乘以80%,再除以30,先算出病假日工资,然后以日工资乘以10天,普通出勤工资为:3500除以30,再乘以20。将病假工资与普通出勤工资相加即可得到本月工资。
法律依据:《关于贯彻执行《中华人民共和国劳动法》若干问题的意见》第五十九条 职工患病或非因工负伤治疗期间,在规定的医疗期间内由企业按有关规定支付其病假工资或疾病救济费,病假工资或疾病救济费可以低于当地最低工资标准支付,但不能低于最低工资标准的80%。
