释义	法律分析：对同时签二家劳动合同，法律并未禁止。所以签双份合同并不违反劳动法。如果劳动合同有约定或者用人单位的规章制度有规定，本单位的劳动者不得到其他单位兼职，那么劳动者就不能做兼职，否则签订劳动合同的单位可以追究该劳动者的责任，对其造成损失的可以要求该劳动者以及兼职的单位共同赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。
