释义	法律分析：每年提交一次身体健康证明。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第十三条年龄在70周岁以上的机动车驾驶人，应当每年进行一次身体检查，在记分周期结束后三十日内，提交县级或者部队团级以上医疗机构出具的有关身体条件的证明。年龄在70周岁以上的驾驶人，在一个记分周期结束后一年内未提交身体条件证明的，车辆管理所将注销其机动车驾驶证。因未提交身体条件证明被注销机动车驾驶证，机动车驾驶证在有效期内或者超过有效期不满一年的，机动车驾驶人提交身体条件证明后，可以恢复驾驶资格。
