1、如果当事人不是户主的，可以由户主带上当事人的身份证、户口本、委托书及更新户口本信息的相关资料如结婚证等及户主本人的身份证等
2、去户口所在地的辖区派出所办理户口本信息更新打印的，如果本人是户主的，一般应由当事人本人办理。《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》的规章：第十七条户口登记的内容需要变更或者更正的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报户口登记机关审查属实后予以变更或者更正。户口登记机关认为必要的时候，可以向申请人索取有关变更或者更正的证明。第十九条公民因结婚、离婚、收养、认领、分户、并户、失踪、寻回或者其他事由引起户口变动的时候，由户主或者本人向户口登记机关申报变更登记。办理遗失补领居民户口簿须知一、办理条件本市居民因种种原因遗失居民户口簿需要办理补领的。
二、所需证明材料提供户主的居民身份证及提出补领书面申请如户主因特殊原因无法本人办理的，需提供户主委托书及相关证明。
三、办理遗失补领居民户口簿的具体手续一由户主本人或委托人持所需证明材料到户口所在地区公安分局办证中心或可办理户政业务的派出所，下同提出补领申请。二经批准后，由区公安分局办证中心通知申请人到区公安分局办证中心。户口迁移证补办程序21，到迁出户口的派出所复印当时迁出的户口迁移证存根，并交由派出所盖章
2，凭存根到迁往地派出所签署未落户证明
3，凭存根上的编号，找当地报社进行登报遗失申明
4，凭存根，未落户证明，报纸，毕业证复印件，身份证复印件到迁出派出所办理新的户口迁移证。以上过程仅供参考，具体办理过程以迁出派出所的要求为准。
