释义	法律分析：民用航空器优先权是一种担保物权，用于民用航空器不受担保财产的分割。法律依据：《民用航空法》第十八条明文规定：民用航空器优先权是指债权人依照本法第十九条规定，向民用航空器所有人，承租人提出赔偿请求，对产生该赔偿请求的民用航空器具有优先受偿的权利。从我国民用航空法的规定可以看出，民用航空器优先权属于法定优先权，是与抵押权，质权和留置权并行的担保特定债权，并且是对某一特定财产优先受偿的一种担保物权。
