释义	法律分析：录音遗嘱需要有见证人。为防止录音遗嘱被人篡改或假制等弊端的发生，采用录音遗嘱的方式立遗嘱的，必须有两个以上见证人在场见证，该要件是录音遗嘱的有效要件之一。以录音形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证，才是有效的。只有一个见证人的，录音遗嘱为无效。因此录音遗嘱要有两个以上见证人在场。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十七条以录音录像形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在录音录像中记录其姓名或者肖像，以及年、月、日。
