释义	法律分析：不会，根据我国刑法、刑事诉讼法及《关于建立犯罪人员犯罪记录制度的意见》等法律法规里，没有任何的条文规定犯罪记录是可以消除的，也就是说犯罪记录是终身的，有前科的人在升学、入伍、就业应当如实报告前科情况。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百条依法受过刑事处罚的人，在入伍、就业的时候，应该如实向有关单位报告自己曾受过的刑事处罚，不得隐瞒。《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百七十五条犯罪的时候不满十八周岁，且被判处五年有期徒刑以下刑罚的，应当对相关犯罪记录予以封存。
