释义	应收账款出质后，原则上出质人不得再行转让。《民法典》规定，应收账款出质后，不得转让，但经出质人与质权人协商同意的除外。出质人转让应收账款所得到的价款，应当向质权人提前清偿债务或者提存。风险提示：对应收账款的转让的实质是对应收账款的处分。如果允许其对应收账款进行转让，即可损及质权人的利益。所以，法律规定出质人未经质权人同意转让应收账款的，应认定转让行为无效。法律依据《民法典》第四百四十五条
