释义	共同犯罪案件中对犯罪中止的认定标准是，一人决定放弃犯罪，极力劝说其他人也放弃犯罪，若其他人接受了劝告，全部都放弃了犯罪，那全案都是按照犯罪中止处理的。若其他人没有接受劝解，但本人在实施犯罪中途放弃了犯罪的，本人不构成犯罪中止。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第二十四条【犯罪中止】在犯罪过程中，自动放弃犯罪或者自动有效地防止犯罪结果发生的，是犯罪中止。对于中止犯，没有造成损害的，应当免除处罚;造成损害的，应当减轻处罚。
